One reason is our ability to address tenant service requests on a timely basis. Nearly 90% of all non emergency tenant service requests are handled within a 24-hour period.
In the event of an emergency, Gallina’s personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to take your call and arrange to have your need addressed immediately. Our full time, full service, in-house field personnel have the experience and expertise to handle a wide range of service requests and emergencies.
As an added benefit, Gallina Development can typically provide the service at a lower cost than that of an outside contractor and you are assured of receiving the highest level of quality. In the event the service requirement is outside our area of expertise, we have long standing relationships with a number of service contractors that will respond to our needs (and yours) on a timely basis.
Other value added services provided by Gallina Development include waste and snow removal programs and lawn and landscape maintenance programs. By combining our properties, Gallina can essentially pass the savings realized from such “bulk rate” pricing on to our tenants. Our Facilities Manager constantly monitors such programs and given our higher volume, can help our tenants keep their operating expenses for these areas as low as possible.
