Elmgrove Crossings is a 140 acre industrial zoned business park, currently comprising 280,000 sq. ft. of "flex space" on a total of ten lots.  Buildings range in size from 20,000 to 45,000 square feet.  Six lots remain to be developed, and range in size from three to seven acres.  Elmgrove Crossings Business Park is located in the County of Monroe, Town of Gates and situated on the eastern side of Elmgrove Road.  Interstate I-531 borders the park to the north, I-490 to the east, and Buffalo Road (Route 33) to the south.  The eastern portion of the parcel includes 40 acres of forever-wild area.

Abatements/exemptions/credits may be available through the County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency (COMIDA) Jobs Plus Program.  This program provides an abatement of real estate taxes on real property improvements (exclusive of land) at 90% of full property assessment in the first year, with a 10% per year decrease in the abatement over the 10 year life of the program.  To qualify for the Jobs Plus Program, tenants must commit to a 10% increase in employment during the first 3 years of the program and retain those jobs over the 10 year life of the program.
