Power Train Sports & Fitness

Power Train Sports offers personal training programs at their state of the art fitness center, located within Total Sports Experience. Their personal training programs include speed and strength training designed to maximize performance in any sport and group interval fitness classes. Power Train Sports Rochester is owned and operated by former offensive tackle, Adam Terry, who played six seasons in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens, San Diego Chargers, Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans; he is a graduate of Syracuse University.
